What is Maat?

Maat was the Egyptian Goddess designed to avert chaos (Islet) and maintain truth (Maat) in ancient Kemet (Egypt).  In the biblical story, Moses was adopted into Egyptian royalty and was educated in ‘all the wisdom of the Egyptians’ according to Acts 7:22.   This means the biblical Moses would have been well aware of the 42 Laws of Maat.

Always use them now I have my own business. I use MAAT to sign off e-mails, even internal ones at work. I tend to use it when corresponding in financial matters by letter but not otherwise. I couldnt wait to get letters after my name and even though my boss is also an MAAT and doesnt use it, I never thought twice about it.
